➀ OPPO has expanded and upgraded its production facility in Tanggerang, West Jakarta, which is capable of producing 2 million phones per month when fully operational, covering a full range of products from economy to high-end, and creating 1,200 local jobs.
➁ As the second-largest factory of OPPO globally and its largest overseas production base, the Indonesian factory plays a crucial role in OPPO's internationalization strategy. The expanded factory will have an additional annual production capacity of 24 million units.

➀ Nanxin Microelectronics, a Shanghai-based semiconductor company listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, has announced plans to acquire 100% of Magene Microelectronics' equity.
➁ The acquisition, initially proposed to purchase 79.31% of Magene's shares for a total of 793 million yuan, has now reached a new milestone.
➂ Nanxin Microelectronics and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Naxing Venture Investment Management Co., Ltd., have agreed to purchase 31.72% of Magene's shares from 28 individuals for a total of 317.18 million yuan.
➃ The acquisition is expected to enhance Nanxin Microelectronics' market competitiveness in the automotive, robotics, industrial control, and consumer electronics sectors.
